We are a walk-in clinic so you can come in when it's convenient for you with no appointment necessary. Our goal is to have you in and out in less than an hour.

Joshua L. Latham, MDDr. Joshua L Latham specializes in emergency medicine in Niceville area and has over 12 years of experience in the field of medicine. He graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School Of Medicine with his medical degree in 2005.
Charles Clancy, PA-CPA Clancy loves the look of relief on a parents face when he is able to ease the pain and suffering of their child. As a parent, he is fully aware of the frustration often associated with long wait times and high cost of Health Care. PA Clancy always endeavors to provide the same high quality and expeditious Health Care each and every shift that he would expect for his own children. PA Clancy considers it a personal challenge to get at least one smile from even the sickest of his Pediatric patients.
Bogan McQuigg PA-CPA McQuigg Served for 28 years in the US Navy, 20 years as a corpsman. He graduated from George Washington University in 1993. Through Naval school of health sciences in San Diego California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences then served Eight years as a PA. Started working in ERS in 1994 through 2014. Graduated University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1995 with a master's degree in emergency medicine.
Kyle Cooper PA-CPa Cooper loves being a PA because he honestly loves helping people! He loves working here at Niceville/Crestview/Perdido Urgent care because it’s like being part of a family who loves to help people and fill the gap between primary care and emergency care treatment!
MAJ (R) Sean F. Del Grego MPAS, PA-CMAJ (R) Sean F. Del Grego PA-C is a seasoned advanced practitioner who has been specializing in Family Medicine since 1998. PA Del Grego is currently completing his doctorate and is a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) Fellow with Lynchburg College. He graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1998. He also attended the University of Nebraska and graduated with a Masters in PA Studies Specializing in Family Medicine in 1999. PA Del Grego retired from the US Army after nearly 26 years of service in 2013.
While in the US Army, he served as the Senior PA for United States Army Europe and had multiple jobs over the years practicing medicine at the clinic, Battalion and Brigade levels. His last duty assigned was with the 6th Ranger Training Battalion for the US Army Ranger School here in the Eglin AFB area. During his time in the military, PA Del Grego received multiple awards. His highest award was the Bronze Star Medal for actions taken while serving combat duties in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007.
Since retiring from active military service, PA Del Grego has worked as a Hospitalist, in multiple Urgent Cares and most recently in charge of a Walk-In Clinic in the Destin area. His clinic was the 2016 recipient of the "Best in Destin 2016 award". This is an award votes on by the public amongst all other Urgent Care facilities in Destin and surrounding areas per the Emerald Coast Magazine.
