• Rapid COVID-19 testing provides same day results and is $100, not covered under medical insurance.
• PCR COVID-19 testing provides results within 24-48 hours and is covered under medical insurance.
• Our locations in Crestview, Niceville and Perdido are OPEN! We continue to take every (CDC) recommended health/hygiene effort at our locations to keep you safe​.​
• We are here to help with any non-emergent illnesses or issues. If you are unsure if you should be seen for your sickness please call us with any questions or concerns.
• Our clinic hours are as follows:
  • 8am-6pm Monday through Friday
  • 8am-3pm on Saturday
• If you think you have been exposed to COVID‑19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call us before you come to our clinic.
